2015 is in the books. I hope it was amazing for you!
Now is the time to reflect on the gifts that you were given and the challenges that you overcame.
2015 was our best year ever here at Accent and it also presented us with some amazing challenges. Thank goodness our Strategic Plan was in place, so we were able to adjust to the challenges and move forward even stronger.
Our team grew to nearly 50 individuals -- an all-time high. Our hiring process was improved immensely, enabling us to attract and hire some amazing talent with better results and engagement. The best part of the hiring process is that the results for our clients have increased as a direct result!
With our diverse team, we were able to implement management and process changes that set us up to perform better for our clients for years to come. We expanded our customer service performance metrics and have been driving the numbers in the right direction all year. Given the nature of our business, we know we have to do a better job than payroll-based employees and we are up to the challenge!
We also added telecommunication review and security services to our client agreements that help them save money and stay more secure. These services are not increased revenue for us, but definitely have value for our client base.
Our word for 2016 is Execute. We have way more good stuff on the way. In order for our clients to see the results, we need to Execute!
